Want To Request?
Do you like my graphics enough to request?
PLEASE READ THESE RULES REAL QUICK AND THEN FILL OUT THE FORM BELOW. THE FORM IS AUTOMATICALLY EMAILED TO ME, AND I WILL REPLY SO YOU KNOW I GOT YOU REQUEST, AND THEN OF COURSE MAKE IT :)
RULES: Please read these and follow them before requesting.
-All pics must be G or PG rated. Please don't have any sexual insinuations, nudity, etc. I will delete your request without even replying to you. That disgusts me.
-No disrespectful or cussing language. If you request and want a bad word in, I'm replacing the bad word with @*^%
-Please respect the fact that I have have a life. Request with take anywhere from 1-14 days to be delivered, but generally within a few days. I have school from the end of August to June, and I have to get good grades, so school comes before. :)
-So I know that you have read these rules, please put 'Love for a day', when it says 'I was in' in the form. Thank you.
-Once your graphic is completed, you must credit as destinydreamer graphics and you can either link that, so they can click on my name, or you must have http://www.destinydreamergraphics.com visible on the page. If you have already requested, I will contact you. If you request, and do not do this, I will contact you, and ask you to. You must credit me if you are going to request. I work very hard on all graphics, and I want people to know who I am.
PACKAGES
Package 1: a blend and three avatars
Package 2: one blend and one banner
Package 3: 1 banner or blend (you choose) and wallpaper
Package 4: 1 wallpapers and three link buttons or avatars
Package 5: Site layout (I will not code) - includes banner for top of page, backround, color codes, and 2 link buttons
Package 6: Site layout and banner.
Package 7: Two site banners, and a layout
Package 8
Package 8 is different than the rest of my packages. There's a fee to it. I will code your webpage for you using HTML. If you just want me to code the layout and you already have a layout, I'm charging you $5. If you want, you can copy the first page coding, and edit it for the rest of your pages, or I will code each page for an additional $1.50 per page, not including the index.
If you want me to make the layout and code it for you, I'm charging you $10, plus an additional $1 for every page after that, not including the index.
